I am currently a Professor at Universidade Federal do Pampa (UNIPAMPA), Campus Alegrete. I received my B.S. in Computer Science from the UNIPAMPA, Brazil, in 2012; and the M.Sc. and Ph.D. degree from the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), Brazil, in 2014, and 2018, respectively. I was a Ph.D. student visitor at TU-Delft, The Netherlands, in 2015 (February to July) and 2017 (August to December); and a Ph.D. student visitor at the University of Siena, in 2016/2017 (December to March).

My areas of interest include the parallelism exploitation in multicore systems (embedded and general-purpose processors), evaluation of different parallel programming interfaces, and the development of approaches to automate the thread-level parallelism exploitation
