SANTANDER has scholarship programs that establish financial incentives for students from Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), with proven academic excellence and economic vulnerability, to improve their studies nationally and internationally. They aim to promote internationalization, providing access to foreign cultures, constituting an important instrument for the intellectual formation of the participants.
The programs bring as general requirements: academic excellence; preferably be in a situation of social vulnerability; and attendance at the IES throughout the process of enrollment, participation and completion of the program. Each HEI is responsible for publishing the selection notice, after signing a formal agreement. Students who meet the criteria established in the university’s selection notice can participate, including those who benefit from financial aid programs at universities or other funding agencies.
UNIPAMPA has already participated in the SANTANDER GRADUATION and SANTANDER IBERO-AMERICAN programs.
The fundamental objective of SANTANDER GRADUATION is to contribute, through financial support, so that students of technical, undergraduate or graduate courses, in the face-to-face or Distance Learning (EAD) modalities of the partner HEIs, have the opportunity to continue their studies. , increasing the quality of academic training. Enrolled candidates are awarded with an online English course, lasting 30 (thirty) days. The scholarship is granted for a period of 12 (twelve) months, with a value of R$300.00 (three hundred reais) per month, and can be renewed annually.
SANTANDER IBERO-AMERICAN aims to provide, through the exchange of students from technical, undergraduate or graduate courses, in the face-to-face or Distance Learning (EAD) modalities of Brazilian, Portuguese, Spanish, Argentinean, Chilean, Colombian, Mexican, Puerto Rican, Peruvian and Uruguayan companies, to improve the quality of student training. The scholarship is equivalent to €3,000 (three thousand euros), paid in a single installment.
