Languages Degree – Spanish and Hispanic Literatures aims to provide linguistic, pedagogical and literary training capable of adequately enabling the student to teach in basic education (area of Letters), as well as enabling the development of a critical sense, necessary to the professional future, so that they can act effectively in the socio-political and cultural context in which they will be inserted, contributing, through teaching, research and extension, to the development of linguistic and literary studies; as well as methodologies related to the teaching of languages and literature.
Located in Jaguarão, classes take place at night, lasting 8 (eight) semesters, providing graduates with a degree in Language – Spanish and Hispanic Literature.
