The program aims to train professionals capable of understanding all the links in the viticulture chain, from the selection of locations for the implementation of enterprises, the production process to marketing, as well as guiding and being technically responsible for the procedures in the field of enology.
Located on Dom Pedrito Campus, it is a full-time program, with a duration of 9 (nine) semesters, providing graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in Enology.
