The Food Science and Technology program aims at the human and academic training for critical citizens, aware of and committed to their social and environmental reality who, in addition to having knowledge of food in all technological, biochemical, toxicological, hygienic- sanitary and sensory, have the ability to identify problems and formulate solutions to act in the food production chain, suggesting actions aimed at improving the population’s diet in accordance with principles of sustainability and professional ethics.
Located on Campus Itaqui, it is a full-time course program, with a duration of 8 (eight) semesters, providing graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Technology.
