The Uruguaiana campus is located on BR 472, Km 585, on a 250-hectare plot of land, with 29,600 meters² of built-up area to house the 9 (nine) undergraduate courses, 5 (five) graduate courses and 3 residencies. It has around 2,000 undergraduate and 450 graduate students, 185 professors, 103 administrative technicians and 54 outsourced workers.
It offers undergraduate courses in Aquaculture, Natural Sciences, Physical Education, Nursing, Physiotherapy, Medicine, Veterinary Medicine, Aquaculture Engineering and Pharmacy, postgraduate Masters and Doctorates in Science Education: Chemistry of Life and Health, Masters and PhD in Physiological Sciences, MSc in Pharmaceutical Sciences, MSc and PhD in Animal Science, MSc and PhD in Biochemistry, and Multiprofessional Integrated Residencies in Veterinary Medicine, Collective Health, Collective Mental Health and Urgency and Emergency.
